It’s also for free but it has to be coded into the html code, which means, the website has to be initially set up this way. Adding and subtracting pages is not available.

It’s a what-you-see-is-what-you-get program with the possibility for the designer to lock the template, so the layout can not be accidentally changed by the user. It’s easy to publish to your site. However it is not for free, you can get the software online from $100.
